Spatula of Ancient times

Its a family tradition to up-cycle, repurpose and create new functional objects out of simple but valuable materials.

I create these spatulas from 400-600 year old mediterranean olive trees that either died or were cut for various reasons like highway constructions, yearly allowances...etc. and I would like you to imagine what it was like around that tree 400 years ago. It maybe a simple cheese knife that you will be holding, but remember the stories that come with it.
