Custom-made hand-crafted Gyuto style Chef's knife. Hardened 8" N690 Stainless Steel and stabilized hand-sculpted Prinar wood handle with brass detail. This wood is only found in the Mediterranean shore. It is very rare and I had to go village by village to find pieces of this marvelous tree's pieces and petrified them to be used in sculpting these handles.
